Yoo Yeon Seok Joins Fellow KingKong Artists in UNICEF ‘WeAction’ Campaign

Yoo Yeon Seok and fellow KingKong Entertainment artists (Kim Bum, Kim Ji Won, Lee Kwang Soo, Lee Dong Wook, Park Hee Son, and Jo Yoon Hee) join hands in supporting The Korean Committee for UNICEF’s 2016 ‘WeAction [#every child]’ year-end campaign.

The 2016 ‘WeAction’ campaign will benefit refugee children as well as girls and children under the age of 5. Donation can be sent through a specific online LINK and it will be translated into protective facilities, medical supplies, relief supports, and schools. One thousands donors (1000 people) to the campaign will receive UNICEF brackets. The campaign run for 12 weeks from 28 November 2016 to 19 February 2017.

Personal messages from KingKong Entertainment’s artists will be featured on different dates. Yoo Yeon Seok and Kim Bum’s messages will be the last one to be rolled out in 16 January 2017.

This is not the first time that KingKong Entertainment and UNICEF join hands for a greater good. In 2012, KingKong artists including Yoo Yeon Seok donated their personal belongings in UNICEF Birthday Donation Campaign, ‘Star Sharing Bazaar’. The campaign benefited mothers and children living in Africa continent.

  1. Hmm, it says in the article, “Yoo Yeon Seok and Kim Bum’s messages will be the last one to be rolled out in 16 January 2016.” Is this an error and the date should be in 2017??
